All courses offered on Dezba Edu are digital products.
Once access to a course has been granted, refunds are generally not available.
2. Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered only if:
- You were charged multiple times for the same course
- You were unable to access the course due to a technical issue caused by us
- The course content is significantly different from what was advertised
All refund requests must be submitted within 7 days of purchase.
3. Non-Refundable Cases

- You failed to use the course after purchase
- You changed your mind after enrollment
